This page describes the cookies and external services used on https://trailive.wedosport.net. A cookie is a small file stored by your browser: it can maintain a login, remember preferences or measure visits. Trailive choices are stored for this site, separately from those of www.wedosport.net.

Purposes, choices and duration
Essential cookies support requested features, form security and preference storage; they are enabled without consent. Login cookies are created only when you use the athlete area or control room.
Google Analytics statistics and external videos are optional and rely on consent. They are not loaded before a choice or when you select “Continue without accepting”. No Facebook pixel is installed.

Analytics receives browsing data and browser identifiers, so it is not treated as an essential or automatically anonymous cookie. This integration limits URLs to public pages without parameters, names or access codes. The control room, preview, kiosks and QR access pages are excluded from statistics.
External videos · YouTube and Vimeo
Allows embedded event cover videos to load. Providers receive connection data and may use cookies or other tools under their own policies. This choice does not enable Google Analytics.
YouTube and Vimeo players are created only after consent to videos. “Enable external videos” permits this category without enabling statistics. The names and lifetimes of tools used by providers depend on their settings and are described in their policies. Direct video files do not use these embedded players.
When you open a map, your browser requests map tiles from OpenStreetMap to provide the feature you requested. These requests are separate from Google statistics and may transmit connection data to the provider. Information: OpenStreetMap · Privacy.
Cookie preferences
You can change or withdraw consent at any time using “Cookie preferences” on the site pages. Withdrawal disables subsequent Analytics hits, deletes Analytics cookies accessible to the site and removes external players. It does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
To document your preferences, we store a choice identifier, the selected options, the recording date and time, language and policy version on our server. The preferences register does not store the IP address. The choice identifier and record reference are kept in the necessary preferences cookie; they are not sent to Google or video providers.
You can also manage or delete cookies in your browser settings. Deleting the preference cookie makes the site ask for your choice again; blocking essential cookies may prevent some authenticated features from working.

To exercise rights under Regulation (EU) 2016/679, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection where applicable, contact the controller at the addresses above. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority.
